The quality control measures practiced in our facility while building the restraint packages are second to none in the industry. Canyon Rigging builds all individual restraints in-house and not only uses the worlds strongest fibre cordage but also the worlds premium shackle provided. During the splice procedure, the entire length of rope is thoroughly inspected.
Once we have spliced and tagged the individual restraint we than load test every restraint to the stated working load limit (WLL). This is a very important point as it guarantees all product leaving our shop meets and exceeds the engineering requirements. Other systems in the industry take advantage of pre-made polyester round slings manufactured offshore, and other splicing similar cordage to what we offer.
